Refund & Cancellation policy

Our focus is complete customer satisfaction. In the event, if you are displeased with the services provided, we will refund back the money for the unused token balance on pro rata basis, of the packs which carry money back guaranty, provided you follow all the required procedures for claiming refund. Please read the fine prints of each deal before buying it, it provides all the details about the services or the product you purchase.
In case of dissatisfaction from our services, clients have the liberty to cancel their packs and request a refund from us. Our Policy for the cancellation and refund will be as follows:
For Cancellations please Go to Profile> My Packs> Tap on Cancel button given on the top right corner of the pack> Follow the steps and you are done. You will receive an SMS on you registered mobile number along with the Transaction No. Please keep it safe for further communications.
Note: Look for the tag “No cancellation or Refund allowed” on the pack while buying, if it carries the tag, packs cannot be cancelled. Packs which comes with “Money Back Guaranty” tag can only be cancelled within the time period which was mentioned. Packs can be cancelled only after activation.
We will try our best to create the suitable design concepts for our clients. In case any client is not completely satisfied with our services we can provide a refund.
Look for the Money back guaranty tag on the packs while buying. Packs which didn’t had a money back guaranty tag cannot be cancelled. Days shall be mentioned on the pack during which the pack can be cancelled after activation. No cancellation shall be allowed after the cancellation period has elapsed.
Note: Refund shall be made directly to the user’s bank account mentioned while cancelling the pack. No cash refund shall be made. Refund shall not be made to any other bank account than the one mentioned while cancelling. It is the user’s responsibility to mention his/her correct bank account detail. In no case we shall be held liable to pay if the user mentioned a wrong address unless an email is sent from the user’s registered e-mail address requesting for a refund to another account. Address once mentioned cannot be changed again.
